There are a few things regarding Challenge(5) that people may not recognize: (because I have not said them or because I assumed they were obvious, but are not)
- In order to get paid you must make a post in the Neutral Tent saying the dates you should be paid on, what you should be paid, and what your being paid for. You can create a list of payments for up to a year and no less than the next 2 payments. Once you do this I am able to add them to my calender so I can give the pay to you at the correct time.
- Most jobs involve doing something. Well I have received a few questions asking who the jobs are being done for. It is the employees choice. If you would like to do them for only your tent then feel free to only do it for them(create anything you need to create inside your tent), however this may take away business. If you would like to do the jobs for everyone on Otar then create the things you need to create inside the Neutral Tent. **You are allowed to sell things to the people of opposing tents. You are also allowed to employ people of opposing tents if your job allows for someone to be employed**
- Most jobs have some form of a time restriction. I understand that even people living on a broken up planet like vacations. These vacations will not be paid. You can have as long as you would like off of work as long as you make a post regarding the time off in the Neutral Tent. This 'Vacation Time' gives no benefits except to ensure you that you aren't going to lose your job for the time that you are away.
- If you feel like I missed anything else please tell me so I can add it to the list. If there is anything new like this regarding this challenge I will create more posts in this thread(even if it means double and triple posting). That way it becomes marked as new and people notice it.
