~Member Building~And Another thought~

We'd need more people in order to Put IB in a higher ranking. So this is my thought, Member Building QUEST!

Agree or Disagree?
This PROJECT is used to get in more people. This is MY Plan.
This idea came up to my mind from the I'm Mortal Arena 2.
A Member recommends a Non- Member, to be part of IB. After the NON- Member makes an ACCOUNT + Activates the account, the new member would have to tell a Administrator (PM) who recommended the guy/ girl. Then the real Member also had to PM the same Administrator that he/ she recommended the New Character. The Recommender gets a Reputation +1.

No cheats. Recommend or Dis?

Did you notice the average of members in IB last logged in about 2 months ago? Or 3? Sometimes 5- 7...
We have to do something! The problem is to bring them up to the forums.
So here's my plan.
Every 2 MONTHS, the whole member had to type some kind of password to activate again. Their account would be shown, but the account would have some kind of Sign like 'Activate Account!' Oh, and of course the password is sent by PM. The 'Activate Account' Sign would come off if they type the password.

I like the first idea, but I think the reward should be bigger than +1 rep.


For the second idea:
At this point in time we still want a higher member count in general, not necessarily active members (although it would be nice). We don't want to get rid of any current accounts or anything because one of the first things people look at is at the bottom right of the home page which says Total Members.
When we get many members then we can go through and work on activity.
