As far as I know, you Can't do it because they are two different programs. Kinda like you can't whisper to someone on US West from US East.
I just tested it. You whisper them the same way as someone on warcraft except add the "realm" to the end. For example, if you were on US East on warcraft III and I was on US East on Starcraft, then you would type "/w Prepare-2-Lose@useast hi" and it would say hi to Prepare-2-Lose on Starcraft. I bet they can whisper to you the same way except it would be @azeroth instead of @useast.
;D

just thought i would say that as well as being able to wisper to starcraft and starcraft broodwar, you can also wisper diablo 1, diablo 2, diablo 2 lord of destruction, and warcraft 2 people. This is how it works:
If your on warcraft 3 RoC and TFT then to wisper to-
starcraft/broodwar say: /w <name>@useast diablo 1 say: /w <name>@useast Diablo 2/lord of destruction say: /w <name>@useast warcraft 2 say: /w <name>@useast
--------
If your on Starcraft/Broodwar, Diablo 1, warcraft 2, diablo 2/LoD then to wisper to-
diablo 1 diablo 2/LoD warcraft 2 Starcraft/broodwar
Then you only have to type the persons name, no extention
warcraft 3/tft say: /w <name>@azeroth -------
probably really confusing but i was bored. Lolz wispering guide.

Good job Magma! Just a little addon, he is using Useast as an example, it can be replaced by Uswes, europe, and asia. Also he used Azeroth (useast) as an example. That can be replaced with 3 other things that I don't know haha. Lordaeron i think is west, but thats all I know for those.

For you it would probably be:

thats all there is to it.
