how do i make tome shops with like 100 tomes in each one i know how to make the places sell tomes though

It has nothing to do with the shop. You edit the item itself. Somewhere near the bottom of the item stats there are categorys labeled something like Stock maximum and stuff.. edit those. If you can't find it, I will get print screens.
